I scanned my drawings and next week I'll make them into their final designs.

I didn't do much work this weekend on my systems project, but I plan to be scanning my drawings this week to start the final form of the fliers, tickets, etc.

I scanned the designs into the computer and I'll post them early next week. After I do this, I'll start creating the final design board which will be my final project.

The designs for the tickets, programs, etc are FINISHED and I'll be showing them to the director sometime this week. =]

I'll be finishing the designs today and scanning them to the computer this weekend. Then I'll post them and show them to the director. YAY. As long as he approves, I'll then begin to get the final copies printed and such.

I went on college visits all weekend, so I didn't have a chance to go out to get new supplies to finish the designs. I'll be going after school today to purchase black paper and metallic pens/markers. Then, I'll create the final designs.

For the different designs, I'm going to use the same design for the title as described in Log 1 and I'll add some sort of variation. For example, for the t-shirts, I'll be putting a gold silhouette of Belle and the Beast with the title in silver, and for the tickets, I'll have the title surrounded by a circle of roses.

I've come up with an idea for the title and I've worked on a few different ways to format it. "Beauty" is written in script, "and the" written in capital letters under "Beauty", and "Beast" is written below that in a large all caps Times New Roman type of writing.

· Begin working on final design for the title in Photoshop
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 2 (February 11-15):
· Create the logo in all necessary sizes
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 3 (February 18-22):
· Save the logo to a disk and show it to director for approval
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 4 (February 25-29):
· Contact printing company about printing the poster, send design
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 5 (March 3-7):
· Begin press release form
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 6 (March 10-14):
· Finish Press release- DUE ON MARCH 19th
· Print all of the designs on final paper.
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 7 (March 17-21):
· Create a professional board for all designs
· Prepare all materials for final presentations
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 8 (March 24-28):
· SPRING BREAK! Relax and enjoy
· Type up outline for presentations on April 2nd
· Post on blog-Tuesday and Friday

Week 9 (March 31-April 4):
· Type up and print out mentor contacts -due April 3rd
· Presentations start on APRIL 2ND !

Week 10 (April 7-11):
· Finish presentations
